Vitamin D and calcium, on the other hand, are essential in maintaining strong bones. All these nutrients are found in any vegan diet. Having these in mind can sometimes be complicated. It is only easy to follow a vegan diet if you know how to make your own vegan meals and know what exactly to put in them. However, these days may require a little more effort than that; it needs time for food preparation and cooking.

This meal service actually helped me lose weight. Before, I didn’t like the thought of getting into a vegan diet. I just love meat, and I couldn’t bear the thought of cutting it out. I was also concerned about getting the proper vitamins by cutting out a food group. I was wrong. This vegan diet is served in the perfect portions of whole grains, beans, vegetables and fruits.
To lose weight, I eat my diet plans every 3 hours. This way, I give my body enough time to ingest and burn all the fats I take in, getting a faster metabolism. I didn’t get those same basics before with my other  diet plans. Now, it’s my mission to share their healthy vegan diet plans with others. 
Ease and Convenience Are My Top Priority
Menu planning is hard, believe me, especially a vegan diet. That’s what makes us moms so valuable to our family. Ease and convenience are my top priority. Having to juggle  my full-time job, my kids, and a disabled father can be chaotic. But with Gobble Green, things are much simpler. All I have to do is to choose  what meal plan I want. If I’m out of budget, I go for their bronze meals, and it gets me 28 square meals of lunch and breakfast for the month. That’s a total of $300 savings off my weekly grocery budget. I get to have a variety of meals, plus my father likes them. What more can I ask for. The shipping experience isn’t always the best, but what can you do.
The Meals Are Satisfying and Flavorful
I partnered with Gobble Green’s virtual fitness portal The Gym for a while now, and I know what it feels like to get into the hard work of shedding pounds. What I like about them, is the fact that they pair their program with Gobble Green’s diet meals. They are based on the person’s BMI, which makes it healthy and safe. I actually tried them and love them. The meals are satisfying and flavorful, a far cry from some of the meals I am sometimes forced to get as a vegetarian. I personally adore their breakfast meals of hash browns and muffins. The shipping wasn’t great, but you take the good with the bad.
I Tried Six and I like Three of Them
I thought the vegetarian meals I tried from them were just okay.
I tried six total, and I liked three of them. To be honest, they looked like they were cooked at someone’s home, and frozen in a home seal-a-meal machine. My food arrived like frozen rocks of food.
The heating instructions, of what little there are, left a lot to be desired.
I had a hard time getting my meals to heat evenly, and there was a lot of extra water in most of the sauces. I think it is a good concept, but the quality control is lacking. 
I Will Never Order Again
I bought these on special sale through Groupon, so the only thing I am happy about this company was that I didn’t pay full price. My shipping was so messed up, and the office acted like they didn’t have a clue how to run a business. That’s if you can get them to answer the phone. The meals were terrible. I would never order from this company again.
